Service Level Agreement

We commit to high network availability for your dedicated server and back it with service credits.

This is a working draft pending legal review. The operating entity and registered address will be confirmed before launch and shown here.

Uptime commitment

We target 100 percent network uptime for your dedicated machine. Hardware availability is ultimately bounded by the SLA of our upstream infrastructure provider, which we pass through to you.

Service credits

If monthly network availability for your server falls below the target due to a fault on our side, you can request a service credit proportional to the downtime, applied to a future invoice. Request credits through your dashboard within 30 days of the incident.

Exclusions

  • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
  • Customer misconfiguration, software, or mods.
  • Denial-of-service attacks beyond the capacity of included DDoS mitigation.
  • Force majeure and upstream network events outside our control.
