We front real hardware for every order, so our guarantee is honest and tightly scoped: a 48 hour money-back window, plus one-click cancel anytime with no traps.

48 hour money-back guarantee
If you request a refund within 48 hours of your server first provisioning, we refund you in full, no questions asked. This covers a provisioning failure, hardware that does not match the advertised spec, or sustained downtime in those first 48 hours. To deter abuse, the full-refund window applies once per customer.
After the first 48 hours
- Renewals are non-refundable once the new term begins.
- Mid-term cancellation stops your next renewal but does not refund time already served. Any credit beyond the window is at our discretion.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Cancel anytime, in one click
You can cancel from your dashboard in one click. There is no correct-channel maze and no retention gauntlet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing term.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge; the refund window almost always resolves the issue faster. Opening a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may be treated as fraud and can forfeit the money-back window. Reach us at [email protected].
