This policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, and the control you have over your data.

What we collect
- Account email and billing identity.
- IP address and region, used for latency routing and fraud prevention.
- Server access credentials we generate for you.
- Support tickets and the messages in them.
No card data on our servers
Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor using hosted payment elements. Card data never touches our servers.
Who processes your data
- Stripe, for payments and billing.
- Our upstream infrastructure provider, which receives the order and server identity to provision your machine, but never your card data.
- Email and analytics vendors, for transactional email and aggregate product analytics.
Lawful basis (GDPR)
We process your data to perform our contract (provisioning and billing), for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse, and with your consent for any marketing email.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data. Open a ticket in your dashboard or email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and as long as tax and accounting law requires after it closes, then delete or anonymize them.
