Acceptable Use Policy

You get full root and a lot of freedom. This policy covers the few things that are never allowed, so one customer cannot put the whole platform at risk.

This is a working draft pending legal review. The operating entity and registered address will be confirmed before launch and shown here.

Prohibited content and use

  • Anything illegal, and child sexual abuse material with zero tolerance and immediate report.
  • Malware command and control, phishing, and spam relays.
  • Crypto mining on game-server plans.
  • Open proxies and stress, booter, or denial-of-service services.

Games and mods

Modded servers and community content are welcome. Pirated game binaries and any circumvention of game licensing are not. Run the games you own, the way you want.

Network abuse

Outbound denial-of-service traffic, port scanning, and traffic amplification are grounds for immediate suspension. The acceptable use rules of our upstream provider also apply to your server, because a breach can affect every customer on our network.

DMCA and copyright

To report copyright infringement, contact our designated agent at [email protected] with the details the DMCA requires. We process valid takedowns, allow counter-notices, and terminate repeat infringers.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse to [email protected]. We review reports quickly and act in proportion to the severity, from a warning to immediate termination for serious cases.
